On a bright May day, children in Värnamo participated in building a "Koja Kalas"- wondrous world of huts at Värnamo Kalas.
Koja Kalas was a realm of imagination and creativity, where each hut held its own special charm. Children's imaginations ran wild as they constructed huts of all shapes and sizes - from grand huts to cozy "creep-in" huts, and even huts designed for their delightful pets. A small community formed around the huts, welcoming everyone to join in the fun.
The spirit of inclusivity was ever-present, as all children who wished to participate became builders of this magical land. Adorning their huts with vibrant colours and stories, the children found new ways to construct with the upcycled tools and materials provided. Parents, too, joined in the play, cherishing the opportunity to be part of this heartwarming experience.
Amidst the imaginative huts and playful endeavours, a craft table stood nearby, inviting children to unleash their artistic talents. At the craft table, dreams took shape on paper as children drew flags for their fantastical huts.
The day spent at Koja Kalas was filled with joy, laughter, and a sense of shared accomplishment. Each hut became a unique testament to a child's boundless imagination, and the greenery added a touch of growth and collaboration.
